Lions get women power with inclusive agenda

Lions Club of Vidyaranyapura has a new team and fresh thinking. Marking the beginning of a new Lionistic year, the new team is led by President Sona Harish. Other team members are 1st Vice President Prema R Shekar, Secretary Subramanya Prasad and Treasurer Meera Prabhakar. The team’s term is from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
Lions have a modest social agenda, and every Lion contributes to its cause. This year the new team will focus on supporting the education of the girl child. Without abandoning other initiatives, the Lions will support its ongoing project in vision and diabetic care. Building on last year’s success, where the club conducted over 70 activities worth ₹8.4 lakhs, the new team at Lions looks forward to continuing the ts community service efforts.
