ಹಿರಿಯ ಪರಿಸರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಮಾಧವ ಧನಂಜಯ ಗಾಡ್ಗೀಳ್ ನಿಧನರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ 83 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಾಗಿತ್ತು.ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಘಟ್ಟಗಳ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪರಿಸರವಾದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬರಹಗಾರ ಡಾ. ಮಾಧವ ಗಾಡ್ಗೀಳ್ ಅವರು ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದಿಂದ ಪುಣೆಯ  ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಧನರಾದರು. 1942 ಮೇ 24 ರಂದು ಪುಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದ ಮಾಧವ ಗಾಡ್ಗೀಳ್ ಅವರು ಪುಣೆಯ ಫರ್ಗುಸನ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಿಂದ ಬಿಎಸ್ಸಿ (ಪ್ರಾಣಿಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ) ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದು 1965 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಹಾರ್ವರ್ಡ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಎಂಎಸ್ಸಿ ಪಡೆದು 1969 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾರ್ವರ್ಡ್‌ನಿಂದ ಜೀವಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿಎಚ್‌ಡಿ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದರು.ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ […]
